You should have received the address and door code in a message from us through the AirBnB or VRBO app or email. Enter the door code on the Schlage keypad and press the check mark. To lock the door, press the Schlage button.

There is room for 2-3 cars to park tandem in our driveway to the left of the home. Please park in front of the wood gate. We like to keep the wood gate closed and it’s difficult to back out of the gate. There is also open street parking available for additional vehicles.

We know you will have an amazing time staying at The Cleveland House, please follow these rules during your stay.

• No smoking. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $500 charge
• No parties. Any unauthorized event will incur a $500 charge
• No local guests without prior approval
• Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $150 charge
• Quiet hours after 10pm

The TV has access to streaming services like Netflix, just click the home button on the remote to bring up your options. Please sign into the Beard and Braid profile on Netflix. Sometimes the remote says its disconnected and the batteries might need to be replaced or it will update the remote software and work again.

We do not have Cable/Satellite TV, but you can login to Hulu or other streaming services if you have an account.

The sleeper sofa is the orange couch facing the windows and can be setup by lifting the couch cushion and then pulling on the handle to lift and unfold the bed. You can use the cushion as a headboard by putting the cushion in the gap between the mattress and couch. Pillows and linens for the sleeper are in the cedar chest in the front entry.

There is an air mattress located in the closet at the front entry if you would like to use that instead. Just plug it in to inflate.

To play a record: Push the Standby/On button to turn on, then push Phono, then Play once you have a record on the player.

To play music via Bluetooth: Push the Standby/On button, then push BT, use your phone to connect to Geekoala LP-56U-BT

The firepit out back is wood burning and you will need to pickup firewood from a local grocery store or gas station. Please put the fire completely out and keep some water nearby incase of stray embers.

The BBQ uses charcoal and you may need to pickup charcoal to use.

Adjustments can be made using the dial on the Nest thermostat in the dining room. We try to keep the temperature at 70 degrees, please save energy by keeping windows and doors closed while heating and A/C is on.

Can be propped open by opening the door and pressing the button on the shock to hold the door in position. To close, open the door all the way to release button, then allow door to close.

As part of the checkout process, please:

• Start a load of dirty towels in the laundry.
• Start a load of dirty dishes in dishwasher, hand wash all used pots and pans. Remove perishable foods from the fridge.
• Throw away garbage and recycling in respective bins in the backyard.
• Lock door behind you by pressing “Schlage” on the keypad.
• Latch the driveway gate.
